Social Behaviour Change and Communication Training
Our team has a number years experience in social development, working with Orphans, Vulnerable Children and Youth (OVCY&A), public health with focus on Social Behaviour Change and Communication (SBCC). The team is also experienced in the design, facilitation, planning and implementation of behaviour change programming in the context of multi-sectoral approaches. We are experts in the Social Development sector with focus on HIV and AIDS, TB and STI programmes.
Our trainers possess qualifications, expertise and proven track records in capacitating and implementing Social and Behaviour Change programmes, in particular YOLO, ZAZI, FMP, CCE and Ke Moja. A contract with the National Department of Social Development and SANAC to train all contracted NPOs in the country on YOLO and FMP in the past two years has given us experience to make sure all the programmes are implemented without compromising standards and therefore reach the intended beneficiaries in the right form.

Not only do we facilitate but we also make sure we lay a solid foundation beyond our contact with the organisation we train. Quality assurance is central to quality programme implementation and we are proud to say as part of our contract with SANAC and National Department of Social Development, we were able to set up Facilitators Support Learning Forums (FSLF) for continued learning and growth as well as providing Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E)tools.
